Warranty Coverage:
Desktops, laptops, servers, and TFT products are guaranteed for a specified period, as listed at the time of purchase. Please refer to your product listing for the exact warranty period.
Computer accessories do not come with any warranty coverage.
Scope of Coverage:
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover faults due to misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or commercial use.
Warranty coverage for PCs is limited to hardware only; software installed by the buyer is not covered.
For TFT products, warranty coverage is limited to loss of power. Dead pixels, pressure marks, or broken pixels are not covered.
Laptop chargers, Keyboards, mice, and all cables are not covered under warranty.
Warranty Claims Process:

All warranties are subject to a Return to Base Warranty, with postage costs to be paid by the buyer.
Battery Warranty:
Batteries for laptops are considered consumable items and come with no warranty coverage. While we test batteries to ensure they hold a charge, we cannot guarantee the manufacturer's advertised maximum battery life.
Additional Information:
Our products are security marked, and the warranty will be void if these marks are removed.
We do not provide disks, software, manuals, or how-to guides for desktops, laptops, monitors, etc.

Grade A+ - New Open Box:
These are essentially new products that have been opened but never used. They are in pristine condition with no signs of wear or tear.
Grade A - Used Tested:
Products in Grade A condition have been tested and verified to be in working order. They may show minor cosmetic wear and tear, such as small scratches or scuffs. TFT screens may have up to 5 dead pixels, which is standard in refurbished products.
Grade B - Used Tested:
Grade B products have been tested and confirmed to be in working order but may show more noticeable cosmetic scratches and wear tear compared to Grade A products.
Grade C - Used Tested for Spares and Repairs:
Grade C products have been tested up to the BIOS level but are intended for spares and repairs. They may have significant cosmetic damage or functional issues.
Grade D - Untested for Spares and Repairs:
Grade D products are untested and sold as-is for spares and repairs. They may have cosmetic or functional issues and are not guaranteed to be in working order.
Warranty Coverage:
Our products come with a warranty based on their grade. Please refer to our warranty policy for more information on coverage for each grade.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us directly to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned items must be in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging, to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Customer Responsibilities:
When returning items, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper packaging, insurance, and a courier tracking number for the shipment. Any damage incurred during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Postage Costs:
For returns due to reasons such as unwanted or incompatible products, or if an item was ordered by mistake, the customer is responsible for all postage costs. A refund will be processed, less a postage charge of £12.95.
Replacement Policy:
Customers are eligible for a replacement within 1 year of receiving the product if it is found to be faulty. However, we cannot offer any refunds after 6 months for products in the buyer's possession.
