Refund and Returns Policy

Should you have any problem, please contact us directly through Support email at support@tech-365.co.uk within 30 days once you have received the item. This item carries Return to Base Warranty. This means “You the Customer” are responsible for sending the item back to us where a product should be insured and should have a courier tracking number. Items received damaged or with missing part “Buyer is Responsible” for all the damage cost.

If we take an item based on (un-wanted or Incompatible or not useful for the intended purpose or to slow etc, ordered by mistake) the customer will pay all postage costs. Refund will be processed less postage charges £9.95.

You are eligible for a replacement within 1 year of receiving the product due to a fault.

We cannot offer any refunds after 6 months for any product in the buyers possesion.

All returns for refund are subject to the item condition, item received not in the condition ‘Like New’ will get charged for the refurbishment at 25% of the item value.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
